So, the US and India sign a nuclear deal. Good stuff.
And Mohamed El Baradei approves. Also good. But. This is what he says.
The director of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Mohamed ElBaradei, welcomed the deal, calling India "an important partner in the non-proliferation regime".
Somebody is lying, right? India? Non-proliferation?
